This is the inspection form used by DEQ WYPDES inspectors for our compliance and complaint inspections. This form can be used by permittees for "self audits" on their construction sites. It is not intended to replace the form you use on your site, but to help you look for the more common issues that a DEQ storm water inspector will be looking for. (7/07)
