Georgia - Industrial Permit Information

NOTE: The 2006 – 2011 NPDES General Permit No. GAR000000 for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity was reissued on June 16, 2006. The permit will become effective on August 1, 2006. The Notice of Intent Version 2006 will be posted in this location on the website before the effective date of the permit. Existing facilities will have up to thirty (30) days after the effective date to submit the NOI. Please note that former NOI submittals, such as the NOI for the 1998 – 2003 permit or the NOI (Version 2003) do not provide coverage under the new permit. Coverage under the new permit can only be obtained by submitting the NOI - Version 2006.
