Wyoming - Industrial General Permit Renewal

Completion of the draft permit is behind schedule. The draft permit is now out for public comment (as of 8/22). The public comment period runs to 9/24/07). Follow this link to the public notice.
The new permit will not be ready before the expiration of the current permit. Permit coverage under the existing permit, for all currently covered operators, will be continued until the new permit is issued. All operators should continue to comply with that permit. A renewal mailing for the new permit is now expected for late-September to early October. (8/07)
